Skills/Accomplishments required to reach next rank:

 

- Achieve and maintain a JL1 Production Rate which includes consistent ability to prep/paint 20 linear feet of   floor trim in 1 hour or less (refer to JL2 Production Rates in Employee Training Manual for at least one             consecutive month.

- Demonstrate a consistent ability to communicate clearly with customer and follow instructions.

- Demonstrate ability to utilize airless sprayer and maintain/clean equipment.

- Maintain a clean safety record for the previous twelve (12) months.

- Maintain a minimum 8 index score for at least one month.

- Accumulate at least 3 commendations.

- Receive recommendation from Crew Leader

- Receive recommendation from Production Leader
