Skills/Accomplishments required to reach next rank:

 

- Achieve and maintain a AL1 Production Rate which includes (but is not limited to) consistent ability to prep/paint 20 linear feet of floor trim in 1 hour or less for at least one consecutive month.

- Accumulate 80 Operational Field Hours on actual projects. 

- Demonstrate ability to properly clean tools after each use. 

- Demonstrate knowledge of Patriot Process. 

- Demonstrate a consistent ability to follow instructions.

- Maintain a clean safety record for the previous twelve (12) months.

- Maintain a minimum 8 index score for at least two weeks.

- Accumulate at least 1 commendation.

- Receive recommendation from Crew Leader

- Receive recommendation from Production Leader
